Highlight five ways the europeans and liberians profited from the trans atlantic slave trade

Trans Atlantic slave trade made a major impact on both sides Europe and Liberia which was known as West Africa formerly. Portugal was the first country who went to Western Africa. Five benefits are listed below.

1.When Europeans went to Africa they found cheap labor what was needed for them most. On the other hand Liberians found a better way of trading.

2. Europeans found some necessary commodities like spices there.

Liberians sold them at a good value.

3.Europeans found the raw materials that needed for their industrial revolution.On the other hand Liberian people at least started to see to some modern things which helped them later.

4. Europeans also started mining gold from west Africa which was beneficial to them. Liberians also participated as a laborer.

5.Europeans built another colony on these area while the Liberians at least got some social,political and economical change.
