Beginning in 1820, states changed voting rights to include all

The answer is all white adult males.  Back in the past, not everyone could vote.  Only those who were of a certain age and own properties were allowed to vote.  This was later change to include all white males to encourage more voters.  Over the years, African Americans and other minorities were allowed to vote and later so were women.

the lowest among the social higher rank were the working class. this class remained detached to the political progression   of the country and was hostile to the other two classes
