Why were the americans articles of confederation inneffective

The Americans articles of Confederation was the first attempt of forming a governance after ending the revolutionary war against British. The founding fathers proposed this in 1777. It came to power in 1781. But it proved as a ineffective form for several reasons. Such as:

1.There was no strong central government which caused complete failure to control the increasing states of america.

2. there was almost every authority given to the state governments which made lack of co operation between the sates.

3. There was a economic disorganization.
