It was mainly because the Southern people as it did not benefit them in any way and they were in favor of Jacksonian Democracy. McCulloch v. Maryland said that the Second National Bank of the U.S. certainly was constitutional. Andrew Jackson revolted against the courts and didn’t listen to them.

it was made because he wanted to try to make people convert as well people who would have read or studied this item at the time it was created were probably people who wanted to change religions who thought conversion was a good idea.
