•Work in a healthy condition so that doesn’t pose a risk of serious injuries

•Receive copies of injuries record in that workplace

•Receive copies of workplace medical records

•Report to the OSHA if there is discrimination or retaliation happens in the workplace

•Join in an OSHA inspection
