Continuing with # i finally have the trail (and i really did steal the cheese). however, there is not enough evidence to convict me and i am freed. three weeks later, the store owner realizes that he has a security videotape that clearly shows me stealing the cheese. will i be retried, given that there is now new evidence against me? what amendment answers this?
