Why were bostonians angry with british troops in their town

When the British parliament proceeded to rise the tax made Bostonians be angry at the British troops. So that people started boycotting and revolts against the British. Also, the British troops acted rudely to the colonists that in turn sparked into riots. Thus troops ended up killing the Bostonians.
