What was america feeling after the events of the 1910s

All the events of the 1910s were interconnected. America benefitted a lot politically.  

Explanation:

The period of 1910s was full of turmoil and unrest. After the assassination of the Austrian - hungary Archduke in 1914, each country declared wars against one another. America signed a treaty with Germany compelling it to stop the use of U-boat however, Germany later broke this treaty.  

The most crucial change during the 1910s was that US emerged as a world power. African-Americans gained better recognition which gave rise to other hopes.

a change of venue is the legal term for moving a trial to a new location. a change of venue request because venue is improper means that the removing defendant believes that the case may not be in that venue because it is improper under procedural rules.

so the story tells of someone named kaushik choudhuri, but he does not narrate the story, a girl named hema does. hema tells the story in a second person point of view because you (the reader) are supposed to be the boy named kaushik.

here's an excerpt i found: "i was ushered into the fitting room, your mother watching approvingly as i took off my coat and sweater and tried on the bra."
