Cahiers de Doleances was a book of public grievances and suggestions. It was written by Louis XVI  in 1789. It was written to aware the people and make them to think about the issues and problems faced by France and how to sort out these issues.

Cahiers de Doleances was written when the french revolution was started. The problems of the public and their suggestions to government were mentioned in the book.
