Mass Incarnation in the United States- The reason for the mass incarnations in the recent year has elevated with a high rate in the recent years. As there are many reason for this negative trend.

Explanation:

We get a feeling that once an accused gets arrested the system is so slow in order to free the individual again, as many of them are suffering due to slow trails and there life is wasted in it. So, people don't always trust the so called   fast system justice system.

Along with that with out paying money it is now believed that no one gets out of the jail. Which should be like that, so there is a negative thought of having a corrupt justice system.
