Trying to do that has not worked out well; indeed, what has happened is that the races that whites have tried to uplift to self-reliance at a higher, more civilized level, has instead resulted in those races being perpetually dependent upon whites for money, for food, for products and services that they can't provide for themselves. And, instead of gratitude, the help that the whites have given other races has inspired envy, resentment, and hatred. Why?
