Explanation:

Socialism is based off the concept of total harmony, the people usually share a  lot of benefits, which are often regulated by the government though. Sadly most socialist values are not reflected in their society as the usually end up flawed. Monarchies do not equally distribute power to the people. In free enterprise, private businesses compete for superiority and are not regulated strongly by the government.
