The Boston Massacre was a confrontation on March 5, 1770, in which British soldiers shot and killed several people while being harassed by a mob in Boston. The event was heavily publicized by leading Patriots such as Paul Revere and Samuel Adams. and the date was march 5th, 1770.

even if someone does vote because of your twitter status, there is no civic duty and would have been a more responsible citizen by not voting at all. voting should therefore not be viewed as a fulfillment of civic duty.
