Southern Africa has been more attractive for immigration because it offers more and better opportunities for workers and their families. The Southern Africa region provides better weather conditions than the extreme heat in other parts of the continent and there are more industries that offer job opportunities. Another valid reason is safety. Southern Africa region is safer than other countries such as Sierra Leona, where there are internal conflicts and violence.

then once you find a topic you like find out how it affected the people of america and what not. (sorry if this feels a bit short changed, history was and never will be one of my strong topics)
