What was the cause of the Cowboy Strike in 1883?
A) Cowboys went on strike to increase working hours and pay. They felt they were not receiving enough working hours to make ends meet.
B) The Cowboys felt as if they should have a larger role in determining what type of jobs they should be doing, thus going on strike to promote change.
C) Corporate ranches were only paying cowboys as little as $30 a month for long work hours. They also received small rations of food in which to live on.
D) Ranches were not providing enough equipment for the Cowboys to work with and they were upset feeling that they were not keeping up with industrial times.
