On the other hand, Martin Luther King was also an American human rights activist who fought for black freedom and desegregation. However, he adopted a non-violent approach is pursuing his goals. Malcolm X publicly criticized Martin Luther King's approach to black supremacy which emphasized the use of non-violent means like protest and marched in achieving racial equality and black empowerment.
