Describe the differences in the political systems from 1960-1980's going on within Chilean Government, The Military, and the Citizens of Chile.

Chile in the two decades had a rather difficult phase with the  Pinochet government.

Explanation:

Pinochet was a military dictator who took over the then elected government rather forcefully and then imposed his own rule over the people there.

He introduced market reforms that did not help the people of the time.

Instead the market economy hurt Chile and the people started protesting his rule . Liberalization had come at the expense of the common people.

This was taken to the extreme and he was forced to hold a referendum in which he was ousted  in favor of democratic rule.

the civil war was a fulfillment and completion of the constitution, not a revolution against it. changes in culture and society surely affected political life. lincoln hoped to bring the north and south together after the war by healing the nationand making people lose their resentment.
