How did China's turn to communism would affect the Cold War?

The Cold War was characterised by the tension between the two contending superpowers the United States and the Soviet Union. Yet the position of Communist China under Mao Zedong in the Cold War, in many respects, was not minor but of great importance especially with regards to its relationship with the Soviet Union.

crop rotation kepy different plants in the soil instead of once constintly. when switching out plants you have different nutrients being absorbed at different speeds and different roots growing differently therfore the spoil and water flow have to adapt and carry fresh nutrients to carry the constant changes that were going on in the soil.
