Why did the colonists feel like the stamp act was unfair

Bc in 1765, Britain had passed the Stamp Act. The Stamp act, had taxed anything that was printed on paper. As well, many colonists had said that the new taxes was unfair 2 them n every body else. N the colonists had no saying n the making tax laws bc they did not have representatives in Parliament.
