Did the USA PATRIOT Act and other steps taken after 911 upset the balance under the U. S Constitution between the powers of government and individual liberties?

The PATRIOT ACT gave more powers to the executive government, so the balance between government power and individual liberties changed, and now favors the government more than before.

This is because the Patriot act allows the government to carry out certain measures that can be seen as a violation of civil liberties, like searching property, or arresting someone. This is because the patriot act gives more power to the government with the goal of preventing terrorism, both from abroad, and from within the country.

a   church leadership can be defined as a process of influencing other people to work together to accomplish a desired purpose.

in this case one person acting as a role model and influencing other to work as one person to accomplish a certain misson or purpose.

this can be either leading people to do the work of god

since most of current immigration into the u.s., both legal and illegal, is coming from latin america. it would be very difficult to imagine or rationalize a country my fellow citizens are trying desperately to flee into, would pose a threat to my prosperity or freedom. since the u.s. has a long history of intervention, but no record of permanent occupation, i would not feel oppression is the main objective.  

the largest free trade nation, along with the largest gdp in the world wanting to expand it's economic policy on us, and including us, could only be positive. the u.s. government has no interest in, or way of simply forcing american culture on us. and has no track record of it. other nations that adopted american social culture, or "americanization" did so voluntarily, mainly through the choice of allowing american businesses and u.s. citizens to come into their nations, as free operatives.
