Support Ignatius Loyola’s desire to set up an “army for Jesus” These clergymen called Jesuits would have the job of getting Catholics to come back by: Setting up Schools Going out as missionaries in Asia, the New World and Africa Taking the vow (promise) of poverty (being poor)
