1. I am I Italian merchant, explorer, and writer. 2. I traveled to Asia during the middle Ages But I did go on a 24 year journey along the silk road reaching China and Mongolia. My goal was in traveling to china was to help my father and uncle fulfill the task that kublai khan gave us of bringing back some Christen priests and holy oil. 3. My main accevment was to travel the silk road with my father in 1271. 4. I wanted to be an explorer so i even left with my father when i was 17.
