What are some similarities that America’s government in China’s government have in common

Similarities in the two governments... So. Both of the governments trade through international waters and both think it is nessecary to obtain nuclear weapons. However, finding similarities is hard. I would rather find the differences. but either way. I tried. Sorry if I wasn't much help.
