How did a change in climate cause the beginning of the Neolithic Revolution?

Once the last ice age melted, more places melted as well. More animals move around meaning tribals lost their food source. They moved to other places to find more food sources. Lots of tribals found a river that was fertile. Then some tribals stayed at the tribal so they can do crops. While some other tribes wanted to keep hunting as they knew doing crops can take a long time, and will be difficult to do crops.

The Neolithic Revolution lasted thousands of years and affected every region.
