In this Constitution, the federal power is limited which is both good and bad  decision taken by US. It is good because it gives freedom to the people but it is bad for the federal government because it limits its power.

well it definitly does because if you are seen as weak you will be seen as unimportant and they will walk all over you and the us is the most powerful military and the largest in the world
