In my opinion NO! The United States of America, is a free country, when people come to The United States, no MATTER where they come from, It may be the Canadian Border or the Mexican Border, they come here to seek refuge, to get a BETTER life, some people come into the United States running away from their abusive government. They may JUST kill them. People has the right to become a citizen, and the best way is to BE in America, not outside of it.
