PLEASE HELP ME IDK WHAT THIS IS The Supreme Court has ruled that schools cannot force a student to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance or National Anthem, citing a violation of their 1st Amendment Rights. The Supreme Court has also ruled that schools can ban articles of clothing that they believe are disruptive to the learning environment (Confederate flag hats, etc.), and that this is NOT a violation of a student’s 1st Amendment rights. Explain what the difference is between these two 1st Amendment scenarios and why the Supreme Court would rule this way. Use credible sources to support your answer.
