The recent pandemic has produced images of economic inequality throughout America. Though we can be perceived as the greatest country in the world, we are still dealing with many problems, problems that include inadequacies in health care, wages, work schedules, pensions, and stock options. In this following policy paper, I will outline what my union and workers expect from all their employers’ or they will not be returning to work. The deadline for all employers to accept these terms is October 19th, 2020. If our demands are not met we will strike!
