Jean-Paul Marat was a popular man in History. He made this suggestion so as to persuade people in involving themselves actively in the Revolution.

He carried as this induction by calling for the all to participate of the common man.  He was known to not want to set apart the people from the Revolution.

The revolutionary legend commonly known as Jean-Paul Marat mentioned that laws will last only till the people agree to obey them.

He stated that the task of standing in gap for the people has been given to the rich, the lot of the poor and oppressed cannot be improved by peaceful means alone.
