Read It! SeaWorld, a park for sea animals in California, had a nice surprise. In October 2009, 82 green sea turtle eggs hatched at the park. The babies hatched without any help. Park workers immediately began caring for the babies. Workers fed the baby turtles smaller sea animals and special pellets. SeaWorld leaders plan to study the babies. They hope to answer many questions about the turtles. Green sea turtles are endangered. Answers may help them save green sea turtles from dying out. The babies are very welcome at SeaWorld.
