How may the introduction of the slave data change the discussions over representation?

This question doesn’t rly make sense but think about the the 3/5 compromise. Slaves only got represented like that. So for every five slaves , only three slaves got counted by the government. They counted slaves and other people to determine how many seats the state would have in the House of Representatives and how much taxes the state would pay.

So basically if there were more white people than slaves in state A, and more slaves than white people in state B, but both states had the same overall amount of people, state A would get more representation because they had more white people.
