Plz help this test is half my grade Directions: Follow the steps below to complete your test for the Federalism Unit. *Conduct some research in order to learn more about your topic and answer the following questions.

What are the exclusive powers/laws regarding your issue?

Choose any state. What is the state’s concurrent/reserved laws?
Provide 1-2 examples of how the exclusive and your state’s reserved laws have changed over time. How do the laws at the different levels (exclusive and reserved) impact citizens within those states (connect what you’ve learned)?
In your opinion, has power at the different levels been properly used (have any of the levels overstepped their powers when creating the laws, etc.)? Give examples to support your answers. (Remember, there are differing viewpoints for every issue).
