Thirteen year old Steven is a freshman in high school. He is an honor student and wants to sing in the choir. When he arrives at choir practice, the teacher tells him he must take a drug test if he wants to participate in any extra-curricular activities.

Steven refuses and is kicked out of choir.

Is this a violation of the Bill of Rights? If so, which Amendment is being violated?

If it is not a violation, why is this action permitted?
