Who did and who did not support the changes in the government when the U. S. Constitution was written? Who do you agree with and why?

The federalist were in favor to ratify the Constitution. The anti- federalists did not support the Constitution and thought a Bill of Rights should be added. I agree with the anti- federalists since, the federalists wanted a strong government almost like a king, which the states did not want.
