These are just some of the points on which the Code of 12 Tables was locked. The origin of this law was initiated by the Plebeians (lower social class in Rome). All legal acts carried out in Rome were in the hands of Patricia (upper social class). In the case of legal disputes, the Plebeians always had to resolve these cases with the intervention of the Patricians. To make the law accessible to all, the Plebeians rebelled and tried to make the laws apply to everyone the same. The Code of the 12 Plates represents the beginnings of Roman law.
