PLEASE I REALLY NEED THIS ANSWERED I HAVE SO MUCH TO MAKE UP..The Supreme Court has determined that if a person is under the age of 18 at the time of the crime, they cannot be sentenced to death. Is that a reasonable guideline? Might a younger person be just as violent and deserve death as a person who is 18 years old or older? Is it fair to those who are older to have a set age like this?

no its not a reasonable guideline because little kids are stu,pid and they dont deserve to be sentenced to death. Kids are innocent.
