For each of the articles of confession tell why each one was a good idea and why it was a bad idea Army- congress has no power to raise an army. It must rely on individuals states for soldiers

Taxation- congress must rely on states for tax revenue to pay for its expenses

President- the president has no executive power he only presided over meeting of congress

Representation - each state has one vote ( population does not matter)

Passing laws- new laws must be approved by 9 out of the 13 states

Authority- states , not congress would retain ultimate authority
