HELP QUICK PLEASE!! Why do you think the idea of constitutionalism that started in England would inspire the French citizens to rebel against the absolute French Monarchy?

Constitutionalism had allowed political freedom among the citizens of Britain and also allowed for civil liberties to be created.

Explanation:

The French had demanded the monarchy to put more of their economy more towards the country rather than the monarchs themselves. As a weak and indecisive leader,  King Louis XVI had made the poor choice of restricting the masses from political freedom and raised taxes on the lower class. Britain was an advocate of reform in Europe which had possibly inspired groups that did not want to overthrow the monarchy but create a constitutional-monarchist government. It did affect other groups that wanted to abolish the Monarchs but they mainly took inspiration from the American Revolution that had recently happened at that time.
