PLEASE HELP This is the way, that Andrew Jackson, got the Cherokee to be removed anyway, even though the Supreme Court ruled they could stay on their native lands.

A.) By having them sign a removal treaty that many didn't want to follow, but a few Chiefs did (as they felt he would remove them anyway).

B.) By shooting them and killing many

C.)By passing another law called the Indian Removal Act Part 2

D.)He ended up not removing them, and letting them stay.
