enter and search each house. While in one of the houses the officer sees an unregistered firearm and illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia on
the book shelf and nearby table. He sees and seizes the illegal items. Is the search legal or illegal?
Based on what we learned in class about search warrants and 4th amendment rights and exceptions, explain why this is a legal or illegal
search? Will the evidence be allowed or excluded? Explain why.
