Les pays d'Europe ayant appartenu au bloc de l'Est sont l'Albanie, l'Allemagne de l'Est (ou RDA), la Bulgarie, la Hongrie, la Pologne, la Roumanie, la Tchécoslovaquie et la Yougoslavie. La notion de « bloc » est cependant toute relative.
