The Greeks city states applyed democracy by praying to God often. This was not a normal way but the Greeks felt it was important to stand out and be different when it came to democracy. They felt that When it came to democarcay they needed to make Sure that God felt special. They also found ways to please the Gods by making sure that the fields were waterd. This showed the Gods that they were great ful for the food they were given.
