Directions: Imagine you are writing to an American soldier fighting on the front lines in Europe. You don't know this person, you are just writing them to make them feel appreciated and let them know you are
supporting them from home. Write this soldier a letter about what life is like in the United States during
WWII. Talk about the kinds of things you are doing to help the Allies win the war. What is life like for
Americans in general? What about for Japanese Americans,
