and have inalienable rights among which are the right to enjoy and defendite ard liberty, to
pursue happiness, to be rewarded for industry, and acquire, possess and protect property

ineligible for citizenship may be regulated or prohibited by law. No person shall be deprived of

SECTION 3. Religious freedom-There shal be no law respecting the establishment of religion

sentiments on all subjects but shall be responsible for the abuse of that night. No law shall be

exonerated
SECTION 5. Right to combie - The people shall have the right peaceably basemble to
