Several amendments in the Bill of Rights have to do with the courts. Why? The democratic way is to bring people into a court to solve problems.
The democratic way is to value the law above fairness to people.
All people have rights to fair treatment, especially in courts.
All people need to be able to use the U. S. courts to get what they want.
