Although Lincoln was never a 'direct abolitionist,' one thing he did want to stop was the expansion of slavery going westward. The second choice makes no sense because the Kansas-Nebraska Act was passed to make fortified lands for a transcontinental railroad. So, I would put the choice "The repeal of the Missouri Compromise was wrong" because it was established long before the Kansas-Nebraska Act.
