Jonathan Wail was denied admittance to The Downtown Sports Bar and Grill. Owners say Wall was not a member or guest of the exclusive club and was wearing tennis shoes , although witnesses have said other patrons (who were allowed entrance to the club ) were wearing tennis shoes as well. Wall believes he is being denied entrance to the club because he is African American . The club holds that since they are a private business , they can make decisions about who is and is not granted admittance to their business. Warren Case violated and Violation/Ruling.
