Jim crows laws were basically state laws in the south that prevented african americans from voting and later evolved into segregating blacks and whites from practically everything. i would say it would be answer choices b., c., and d. because they started about a decade before the 14th amendment was ratified and even with the 14th, 15th, and 16th amendments in place, they continued into the late 1900's without punishment. black codes were a "nickname" for the laws as well, especially after the 14th amendment was passed because they couldn't be considered "laws" in print because of the federal government.
