Yes, there are a few grievances that include a reference to Parliament in the Declaration of Independence:

“He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.” 

“For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent”

“He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.”

These grievances are about how the colonists are unfairly being taxed and not getting enough or fair representation in Parliament.   

“For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent” refers to the Intolerable Acts, which is a series of laws passed by Parliament taxing the colonists on certain things.
