In what ways did americans—leaders and citizens— draw lessons from vietnam when considering u. s. involvement in iraq?

One of the major lessons we acquired at the aftermath of the Vietnam war and how we could apply this lesson to the present American involvement in Iraq is that journalism has a huge impact on the course of the war. The media should not be involved in the war effort and exposed to the dangers of it.
